Training and Support
All Caregivers are provided extensive training in all areas of care. Prior to working with any of our clients, all caregivers are trained and tested for proficiency in their ability to meet client needs. Most importantly, we assure that every caregiver has a comprehensive client introduction and specific on the job training customized for each client. This is followed up by on-going supervisory visits along with caregivers having access to team support 24 hours a day.
