Enrique is an accomplished business leader with a long track record of success operating service businesses. His focus is building community relationships, client management and administration.
 

Michelle has had first-hand experience caring for and finding care for her aging parents. Her focus is caregiver recruiting and staffing, client management and administration.

Sarah O'Donnell is the Branch Manager for CareBuilders at Home – Illinois.
 

Sarah has developed deep roots in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago as both a resident and business owner. Her experience in marketing and sales along with her extensive networking skills will ensure that our clients and caregivers are perfectly matched. Her focus is building community relationships, understanding client needs and client management.

Riley Anderson is the Home Care Manager for CareBuilders at Home – Illinois.

Riley is a graduate of University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in Minneapolis with a Neuroscience degree. She has the important and fast-paced role of Home Care Manager. Her ability to manage many tasks simultaneously combined with her analytical background and attention to detail makes her a perfect fit to grow and manage our caregiver team. Her focus is on caregiver management, staffing and training.
